Select Portfolio Servicing Announces Completion of Acquisition by Sixth Street-led Consortium
Salt Lake City, Utah, April 30, 2025 – Select Portfolio Servicing (“SPS”), a mortgage servicing solutions provider, announced today the completion of the acquisition of the company by a consortium of buyers led by Sixth Street and including Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP. SPS is one of the largest mortgage servicing solutions providers in the United States with a portfolio of over $200 billion in UPB.
