Judy Slotkin was elected a director of Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc. (NYSE: TSLX) in September 2019, where she chairs the Audit Committee. She was also elected a trustee of Sixth Street Lending Partners in June 2022, where she chairs the Audit Committee.

Judy retired as a managing director from Bank of America in 2015, where she led private wealth management business development for the New York market. Previously, she was chief risk officer at Everspan Financial Guaranty and held leadership roles at Citigroup, including Department Head and Credit Head of the Corporate Finance Division and Municipal Credit Head of Public Finance. She previously served as a director of Siga Technologies, Inc. and Nephros, Inc.

Judy holds a B.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University.

Judy's numerous management positions and broad experiences within financial institutions provide the Board and, specifically, the Audit Committee, which she chairs, with valuable knowledge and insight in the financial services sector.
