Richard Higginbotham was elected a director of Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc. (NYSE: TSLX) in March 2011 and was elected a trustee of Sixth Street Lending Partners in June 2022. He also acts as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees for Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc. and Sixth Street Lending Partners.

Richard was a director of Healthcare Finance Group LLC and a director and then chairman of Tygris Commercial Finance Group, Inc. Previously, he was president of Asset Based Lending and Leasing at Bank of America and spent 35 years at Fleet Bank, Fleet Financial Group, Inc. and FleetBoston Financial, Inc. in senior executive positions.

Richard holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brown University.
