Andrew McElwee

Andrew McElwee is a Managing Director at Sixth Street, based in London. He co-leads the firm's legal function in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2022, Andrew was a senior legal counsel at CVC Capital Partners within its Private Equity business and was a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins.

Andrew received a B.C.L. from University College Dublin and an LL.M. from University College London.
