Marcos Alvarado

Marcos Alvarado is a Partner and Head of U.S. Real Estate at Sixth Street, based in New York.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2024, Marcos was president and chief investment officer of Safehold Inc. and its predecessor iStar, head of acquisitions and business operations at Cadre and a managing director at Starwood Capital.

Marcos received a B.A. in Sociology from Dartmouth College.
