Rebeca Sanchez Sarmiento

Rebeca Sanchez Sarmiento is a Managing Director at Sixth Street. She focuses on the firm’s More Than Capital initiatives, including helping portfolio company finance leaders to align strategic planning, scale teams and support exit readiness.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2025, Rebeca served as chief financial officer at three high-growth, PE-backed companies: Attom Data, InvestCloud and Dotmatics. Earlier, she was head of FP&A and investor relations at Smart & Final and served as a sell-side equity research analyst at Citi and Deutsche Bank.

Rebeca received a B.S. from the NYU Stern School of Business and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
