Sam Van Peperstraete

Sam Van Peperstraete is a Managing Director at Sixth Street, based in San Francisco. He focuses on global tax matters in transactions and structuring, tax compliance and reporting and planning.

Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2020, Sam was an executive director at Morgan Stanley working on tax matters relating to investment management and was a tax associate at Davis, Polk & Wardwell.

Sam received a law degree, magna cum laude, from Ghent University, an Executive Master in Tax Law, cum laude, from Brussels Management School and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University.
