Mike Bauer and Tamás Kádár on SEON's Partnership with Sixth Street
Watch Tamás Kádár, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SEON, and Mike Bauer, Managing Director at Sixth Street, discuss what distinguishes our partnership: consistent, active engagement well beyond the board room, strategic benchmarking across functions and access to a broad network of technology experts and vendors to help accelerate SEON’s growth.

Tamás Kádár: My name is Tamás Kádár, CEO and Co-founder of SEON. SEON is building the AI command center that helps businesses prevent fraud, verify identities and stay compliant. Real time.
Mike Bauer: Sixth Street did a deep dive on finding large and rapidly growing end markets. Digital fraud struck us as one that was very interesting. SEON stood out as the most modern and best positioned company in the space.
Tamás Kádár: Sixth Street's team came across as a very helpful partner. They are high quality people, very transparent, candid and always helpful
Mike Bauer: Post close, they really embraced us as true partners versus just investors. Never seen a team so excited about the future.
Tamás Kádár: We get to know them also personally, you know, like real people. The engagement has been, you know, really active, not just on board level.
Mike Bauer: We're really not trying to be the investor that shows up four times a year at board meetings. Tommy knows he can reach us anytime and vice versa, which has been instrumental to our relationship.
Tamás Kádár: Sixth Street's More Than Capital team has been immensely helpful for us across all different departments. Getting mentorship, guidance, strategy in org charts, they were able to provide us very useful benchmarks. They have a deep network of suppliers and vendors who are already using, including Hyperscaler CRMs. This function helps us to look into benchmarks between the solutions. What excites me for this partnership is having real leverage now to be a category defining company and having such a strong partner beside us to make it happen.
