In 2021, Sixth Street was the administrative agent on financing in support of the $4 billion acquisition of Boomi by Francisco Partners and TPG from Dell Technologies. Boomi is an integration platform that intelligently connects your applications and automates your workflows through services, API management, master data management, and data preparation.

In 2016, Sixth Street was a lead joint arranger on the first-of-its-kind $1 billion unitranche credit facility to support Thoma Bravo’s acquisition of QLIK Technologies.

In 2019, the Sixth Street team led a $125 million financing for Maurice’s, the women’s apparel company. The financing facilitated the company’s carve-out acquisition from Ascena Retail Group by OpCapita.
