James Charalambides is a Managing Director at Sixth Street based in London. Previously, James worked at Candlewick Asset Management, a joint venture with Goldman Sachs SSG servicing and investing in corporate distressed debt portfolios. Before that he was at Houlihan Lokey in London’s corporate finance team and also worked in Paris and London doing business development and strategy for Alliance Boots group. He received a master’s from Toulouse Business School.
James Cunnah is a Vice President at Sixth Street based in London. Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2021, James spent eight years with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, holding numerous positions across the bank’s Technology Finance and Asset Based Lending platforms. James received his B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
Michael Griffin is a Partner at Sixth Street based in London and leads Sixth Street’s Specialty Lending business in Europe. Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2011, Mike was a Senior Vice President at Golub Capital where he was responsible for underwriting, executing and managing investments in middle market companies. He graduated with a BBA in Finance from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
Shaun Mullin is a Principal at Sixth Street based in London. Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2020, Shaun was a Managing Director in Growth and Leveraged Finance at Investec. Before Investec, he was a Director in Leverage Finance Origination at Barclays. Shaun received a BAS in Valuation & Management from Massey University of New Zealand.
Anthony Robertson is a Principal of Sixth Street based in London. Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2015, Anthony was Head of Finance & Operations at Permira Debt Managers. Before Permira, he was an Executive within the Investment Management Group at Ernst & Young LLP. Anthony is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
Taddeo Vender is a Principal at Sixth Street based in London. Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2018, Taddeo was a Partner at Marlborough Partners, an independent leveraged debt advisory firm focused on private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Previously Taddeo worked in KKR’s Capital Markets team, sourcing leverage and advising on capital structures for KKR’s private equity investments across Europe. Earlier in his career, Taddeo worked at Credit Suisse in the Leveraged Finance Origination team, focusing on private equity transactions. He holds with distinction a M.Sc. in International Finance and Banking from Cass Business School and a B.Sc. in International Economics and Management from L. Bocconi University.
Vanessa Zampiga is a Principal and Deputy General Counsel of Sixth Street in London. Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2015, Ms. Zampiga was Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel, and formerly a Senior Lawyer in Credit Products with JPMorgan Chase Bank in London. Ms. Zampiga spent three years with Linklaters LLP as an Associate in the Banking and Finance Department. She began her career with Belly Gully LLP in New Zealand as an Associate in the Banking and Finance Department. Ms. Zampiga holds a Bachelor of Property and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland and a Masters in Theology from the University of London.
Christian Terboven became an Advisor to Sixth Street in 2019 with a focus on transaction sourcing particularly in the DACH region.
Christian is an Equity Partner at Cannonball Group. Christian has over 16 years of experience in investing, financing and asset management.
Prior joining Cannonball he served for more than 10 years as Executive Director for Goldman Sachs’ Realty Management Division as EMEA team leader for Acquisition Support advising the principal divisions of Goldman Sachs in sourcing, acquiring, managing and divesting corporate, distressed debt and real estate value-add investments within various legal jurisdictions including Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Australia, New Zealand. Furthermore he was a member of the RMD Investment Committee as well as member of RMD‘s Global Business Operations Group.
Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Christian worked for the Transaction Advisory Team of EY. Christian began his career in 2002 as an auditor.He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilian University Munich and speaks German, English and French fluently.
